Howdy from Private Land Bucks And Bulls! We would like to thank you for considering Private Land Bucks and Bulls for your 2010 Western Big Game Hunting Trip. We operate a full time outfitting and ranching business in Southern Colorado and New Mexico. We have learned a lot over the years, but above all, we have learned that quality begins with the quality and management of the area! We have strived to obtain the most productive private land hunting available and we can honestly say that our current leases are the best we’ve ever had and will provide the serious hunter with some of the best elk and mule deer hunting Colorado and New Mexico has to offer. Our hunts take place on exclusively leased private ranches. Over the years these ranches have produced many exceptional Elk and Mule Deer Trophies and last year yielded several high scoring bucks and bulls, as you can see by the enclosed photographs. We offer many different hunt packages and we realize that it is not always easy choosing the right western hunt. It is very important to us that you have a good understanding of our hunting program to insure that you and your party select the hunt that best meets your desires, budget and expectations. Our past record speaks for itself and we would encourage prospective clients to talk to those who have hunted with us in the past. How To Book Your Hunt We feel it is very important to talk personally with the individual or party leader about the hunt(s) you are interested in. We encourage questions prior to booking your hunt. So, let’s have a good phone visit about your needs, expectations, special requirements, budget and any and all issues that are important to all of us. If you want to book a hunt, please give us a call and we will check availability and hold the hunt date you want. Upon receipt of your Booking / Hunting License Info Form and deposit we will forward back to you an acknowledgement / confirmation package with all necessary information forms, contracts, equipment lists, etc. PAYMENT POLICY: Deposits on most hunts are 50%. We also offer a 3 payment option: 1/3 deposit - 1/3 due June 30th - 1/3 due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept personal checks for deposits and hunt balances 30 days prior to arrival. We do NOT accept personal checks as final payment. Cash, Travelers Checks or Cashiers Checks are required for final payment. Make any and all payments payable to: Private Land Bucks & Bulls Inc.		General Information All you are required to furnish is a valid hunting license, weapon and personal items. We can use 4WD vehicles for transportation in the majority of our areas, so vast majority of the elk and deer hunting will not involve horses. You should be prepared to walk at your own pace 2 to 3 miles per day in moderate terrain, but we also have many quality areas well suited for hunters with walking limitations. When booking please let us know your health and physical condition to assure you of a safe and enjoyable hunt. We are licensed (CO # 2084), bonded and insured with maximum liability coverage for the protection of our clients. Hunt deposits represent reservation of space that is then unavailable to other hunters and may not be refundable without the required notice. Deposits are transferable to replace canceled hunters. Deposit(s) may also be applied to future hunts.
