With 10 years of benefit behind us from the 100%
statewide draw limited deer license program, it is now an
“undisputed fact” that Colorado is today’s leading B&C Mule Deer
producer. With our vast private land holdings we
can furnish landowner deer vouchers (at no extra cost) to any client
that is unsuccessful in the lottery drawing, which means “Guaranteed
Deer Licenses.” Our Ranches have consistently produced bucks over
200 pts and the potential for B&C animals is very realistic for
serious, first priority mule deer hunters.

bulls are very realistic in this region and will be the target on these
quality archery elk hunts.

Non-Guided Archery
Requires 3 hunters minimum for our Unit 58 and 581 ranches. We have
leased this property for 18 years and it has been a good elk producer with
a 340 bull taken this year.
